THE INTERNSHIP

Where students learn the job by doing the job

A cohort joins a simulated company staffed by AI agents. They apply for the role, compete for it, work a month of it, and leave with a record of what they actually did.

GENERAL READINESS

Experience different careers, the basics of workplace

For students who have never worked in a professional setting. They join a simulated company as a generalist and learn how work actually moves: briefs, deadlines, standups, feedback, and handoffs.

Best for: First and second years, career exploration programs, bridge courses.
Finishes with: A workplace-readiness review covering communication, ownership, and follow-through.

ROLE-BASED READINESS

One role, worked properly for a month

For students targeting a specific career. They are placed into a role that exists at the simulated company - product marketing, data analysis, UX, operations, or software - and own real deliverables for it.

Best for: Juniors, seniors, capstone courses, and pre-placement cohorts.
Finishes with: A portfolio of role deliverables plus a written performance review.

THE ENTRY

Students have to compete to get the internship, even if its a practise.

01

02
Assessment
A timed task taken from the job itself.
03
Interview
A live conversation about their work.
04
Offer
Accept, and week one begins.

Agents run every step, so the hiring process is itself the first lesson.

THE WORKFORCE

The team they report to, stand up with, and answer to

Each agent holds a real seat on the project. They assign work, review it, push back on it, and depend on the student's output to do their own.

01
Voice-only, turn by turn
The manager runs the room. Each teammate is asked by name, gives their update, and hands back. Students learn the rhythm of a real standup.
02
Introductions and project brief
The manager introduces each team member by name and role, then walks the student through the project — what it is, what the team is building, and where they fit in.
03
Recorded and analysed
Every meeting is recorded, transcribed, and sentiment-scored. The career center sees the same record the student does.
04
Minutes and action items
A structured MoM lands after the call: updates by person, doubts raised, decisions, and action items with owners and due dates.
