1. Who we are

gradcub Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") operates the gradcub platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

You give us: name, email, institution, role, phone (optional), and anything you submit through the contact form or the platform.

Generated by use: internship deliverables, meeting recordings and transcripts, agent interactions, performance evaluations, and progress metrics.

Automatic: basic technical information such as browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited, collected through cookies and log files.

3. How we use it

To operate the Service, run internship simulations, generate performance records for you and your institution, communicate with you, respond to enquiries, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations.

4. AI agents and third parties

Content you submit is processed by AI models to run the simulated workplace. We use reputable providers (including large language model and voice-AI providers) under contracts that prohibit them from training their base models on your content. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

5. Sharing

Student data is shared with the sponsoring institution (colleges, programme staff, assigned guides) so they can supervise the cohort. Beyond that we share personal information only with service providers who help us run the platform, and when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after that to meet our legal and operational needs. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures - encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews - to protect the information you entrust to us. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any material breach.

8. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us through the contact form. You may opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in each message.

9. Children

The gradcub platform is intended for college students and higher-education staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
