1. Acceptance
By accessing or using gradcub (the "Service"), operated by gradcub Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, you represent that you are authorised to bind that institution to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service provides simulated internship programmes run by AI agents, tools for institutions to manage cohorts, and portals for students and guides. Features are under active development and may change without notice during the pilot phase.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it through means other than the interfaces we provide, submit content that is unlawful or infringes on the rights of others, or use it to build a competing product.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. All software, agent behaviour, and brand elements of the Service remain our property.
6. Fees
Pilot cohorts are offered at no cost per the terms of the pilot agreement. Paid plans, once introduced, will be described in a separate order form or pricing page and billed as agreed.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, or when required by law. On termination we will make a reasonable effort to help you export your data.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During the pilot phase, outputs generated by AI agents are provided for educational purposes and should be reviewed by a human before being used in any official capacity.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
